Ben Street is a 5th generation Buchanan County native. He graduated from Grundy Senior High School in 1987 and went on to attend the College of William and Mary where he graduated in 1991, cum laude. He continued his education at Wake Forest University School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctorate in Law in 1994. Mr. Street has practiced for over 15 years in both federal and state courts as well as before various federal and state administrative agencies. His practice includes both trial litigation and appellate advocacy. Mr. Street devotes a large portion of his practice to commercial litigation, coal and gas law.
