Jason Gallagher graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology in 2006. He continued his education at the Appalachian School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 2011. After graduation, Jason was admitted to practice law in Virginia and joined the Street Law Firm, LLP, where he is now a partner. He maintains a diverse practice representing individuals and businesses in complex civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to his litigation practice, Jason provides counsel and representation to several local political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Jason is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Supreme Court of Virginia and all lower courts in the Commonwealth, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, United States Court of Federal Claims and has appeared pro hac vice in Kentucky.
