Russell Vern Presley, II graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance in 1988. He continued his education at George Mason University School of Law receiving his J.D. in 1992. After completing law school, Vern began his practice in 1992 with Street, Street, Street, Scott and Bowman, the predecessor firm to Street Law Firm, LLP where he is now a partner. For more than two decades, Vern has represented clients before both federal and state courts as well before various federal and state administrative agencies.
Vern’s practice includes general civil litigation, criminal, domestic relations, workers' compensation, insurance defense, corporate law, and municipal government law. Vern currently represents several local and regional political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia and serves as general counsel to several corporations.
